OPC 30200 Commercial Kitchen Equipment
| Description | This standard was developed jointly with the Industrial Association of House, Heating and Kitchen Technology (HKI) that represents about 230 manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment and domestic heating and cooking appliances. The OPC UA information model enables a standard communication interface for commercial kitchen equipment. Fryers, Ovens, Coffee machine are examples of such equipment. The harmonization of data exchange and interoperability requirements results in a common benefit of catering equipment manufacturers, operators and suppliers. |
