.NET OPC Converter Servers

Advosol offers a comprehensive set of OPC servers that convert between different OPC specifications. The servers can be used

• as a gateway between existing clients and servers of different OPC specifications.
  E.g. to enable OPC DA clients to access remote XML DA servers
• as a communication bridge to replace DCOM communication.
  E.g. access remote OPC DA/HDA/AE servers with WCF or UA communication.
• as migration helpers
  E.g. enabling existing OPC DA/HDA/AE clients to access OPC UA servers and vice versa.

XML-DA Client Side Gateway
The XML-DA Client Side Gateway enables OPC DA client applications to access XML-DA servers. The XML-DA servers may be remote and maybe gateways to OPC DA servers.

XML-DA Server Side Gateway
The XML-DA Server Side Gateway enables XML-DA clients to access OPC DA V2 servers. Through the gateway OPC DA servers can be accessed from remote clients, either XML-DA clients or from OPC DA clients thru a client side gateway.

COMtoUA
COMtoUA is a Classic OPC DCOM server with the capability to act as multiple OPC DA, HDA and/or AE servers. Each server is configured to a UA server endpoint and enables Classic OPC clients to access OPC UA servers.

UAtoCOM
UAtoCOM is an OPC UA server with the capability to aggregate multiple OPC DA, HDA and/or AE servers. OPC UA clients can access Classic OPC DA, HDA, AE servers thru the UAtoCOM converter server.
